If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Coconut water is a perishable good and as such is susceptible to spoilage if not refrigerated.

We are not responsible for orders once they arrive to the customer's address. We do our best to remind our customers that the coconut water must be refrigerated,

To Initiate A Return:
Please contact our customer service team hello@drinkRa.com to make your request. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For Damaged Or Defective Items
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of the item to initiate a return or exchange. We may require photo documentation of the damage or defect before approving the return or exchange.
